The SDM30G60FD8 is a 600 V / 30 A Silan intelligent power module that integrates a three-phase full-bridge motor driver with its gate-drive circuit and protection in one DIP-24 package. The higher 30 A rating extends the family to larger air-conditioner compressors, industrial servo drives and low-power inverters that need more current than the 15 A part while keeping the same simple interface. Because the module contains the six low-loss IGBT switches and their high-voltage gate drive, a microcontroller drives the motor directly, which removes a separate gate-drive board and shrinks the power-stage design. The integrated protection covers overcurrent, thermal shutdown and bootstrap supply monitoring, with a fault output for safe shutdown. The 600 V class matches a rectified 220 to 240 V AC line.
